WHY ME?
Adaptable.
I've worked at companies ranging from tiny startups to huge corporations, and I've seen it all. Nothing phases me, and I can adapt to any environment.
Problem Solver.
I figure it out, whether it is starting a non-profit without any relevant experience or co-founding a wine label and selling wine in multiple states. It's about being able to connect the dots when the path to a solution isn't obvious.
Strategic.
Having co-founded 2 businesses, I think like a business owner. I focus on not just building the right products, but getting them in front of the right people at the right time.
Hands-On.
I get things done. It could be fielding customer calls at night or on a weekend, raising capital, or driving agendas at Board meetings. I have been able to execute when the stakes are high.
Customer Focused.
I focus on coming up with solutions that make customers happy so that they want to become repeat customers. Communicating customer decisions and letting them drive the business is my top priority.
Communicator.
I can speak to all constituencies, including customers, investors, partners, executives, and teammates. My focus is on bridging disciplines to deliver high quality products.
